Wartens provides outsourced PLC, HMI, safety and SCADA engineering in Siemens TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley Studio 5000, Beckhoff TwinCAT and CODESYS, written to IEC 61131-3, plus legacy migrations such as S7-300/400 to S7-1500 and IIoT. Code is developed in the India engineering centre, with remote acceptance before site; robot cell programming is offered in the UK, US and India and turnkey on-site delivery in India.
Wartens was founded in Bangalore in 2013 and has delivered industrial automation projects since 2016, more than 100 of them worldwide. We design and program PLC and SCADA systems, integrate robot cells, modernise legacy controls and deliver turnkey projects.
Engineering is done in our India centre. You review and test the result remotely, and commissioning is carried out by your team or a local partner with our engineers joining remotely, or on site in India.

Yes. Legacy modernisation is one of Wartens' core services. Engineers migrate S7-300 and S7-400 code to S7-1500, migrate HMIs, prepare test documentation and support the cutover remotely, aiming for minimal downtime. Migration of other ageing PLC and SCADA platforms is also offered. In Germany and the UAE, legacy modernisation is a lead service.
