This statement sets out the steps taken by Wartens Ltd to prevent modern slavery, human trafficking, bribery and corruption within our business and supply chains. It reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity across every territory in which we operate.

1. Our organisation

Wartens Ltd is a UK-registered company (CRN 15262249) delivering industrial automation, training, recruitment and robotics services, with operations across the United Kingdom, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, the United States and India through our ecosystem of specialist brands.

2. Modern slavery

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking, in line with the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. We are committed to:

  • Ensuring no forced, bonded or involuntary labour is used anywhere in our operations.
  • Verifying that all workers and placed candidates have the right to work and are treated fairly.
  • Expecting our suppliers, partners and recruitment clients to uphold the same standards.
  • Providing a safe route for staff and candidates to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.

3. Anti-bribery and corruption

We comply with the UK Bribery Act 2010 and applicable anti-corruption laws in every market we serve. We prohibit:

  • Offering, giving, requesting or accepting any bribe, kickback or improper payment.
  • Facilitation payments of any kind.
  • Gifts or hospitality intended to improperly influence a business decision.

Any employee or associated person who breaches this policy may face disciplinary action, termination, and referral to the relevant authorities.

4. Due diligence

We assess risk within our supply chain and recruitment activities, favour long-term relationships with reputable partners, and keep our policies under regular review as the business grows.
