At Wartens, our mission is to provide an easy and effective online learning experience for everyone. To maintain order and safety for all users, we have established the following rules and regulations:

**Accounts:**

Creating an account with us is necessary to enroll in or publish a course. However, if you are only browsing or inquiring about a course, an account is not required. Please provide genuine information when setting up your account. With an account, you can enroll in courses as a student or become an instructor and create your own courses.

For student enrollment, course payments can be made through credit card or PayPal during checkout. Instructors will need to provide their bank information to receive payment for their created courses.

You can deactivate your account at any time, but please note that doing so will result in the loss of all associated account information, including purchased courses or courses you’ve created.

**Course Enrolment:**

Enrolling in a course grants you lifetime access to the course content. Instructors grant us the license to sell their courses online, and as a result, all video recordings, study materials, and associated materials will be available in the course section for a lifetime.

Lifetime access is tied to the lifetime of your account. If you deactivate your account, you will lose access to the course content as well.

Since some courses are maintained by the instructors themselves, there may be instances when an instructor withdraws, updates, or stops providing support for a course. In such cases, Wartens is not responsible for any loss. However, our support team can assist you with any concerns you may have.

**Cancellation or Refund Policy:**

We collaborate closely with instructors to deliver high-quality courses. Each course is accompanied by a demo to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.

If you are dissatisfied with a course you’ve enrolled in, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will not be applicable if you have fully accessed the course content or downloaded course materials. In such cases, we offer a credit equivalent to the amount paid, which can be used to purchase other courses on Wartens.

With the credit, you can choose another course that interests you and redeem it through a unique coupon provided to you during the purchase process in your account.
